Refund policy

Thanks for choosing Janga Inc., an independent wetsuit brand. We care about every customer and want you to love your JANGA wetsuit. If the fit isn’t quite right, please check the return and refund terms below.
Return Window
Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery (as verified by the carrier postmark or tracking date). Return requests made after this period are not eligible.
How to Start a Return

Submit a request through our Contact Form with your order number and item(s) you wish to return.

We will reply with return instructions. Ship your item(s) according to the instructions provided.

After inspection, we will notify you of approval or denial of the refund.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Please allow 7–14 business days from the date we receive your return for processing (your bank or card issuer may take additional time).
Return Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to you.

Online purchases only: Items bought from third-party retailers must be returned to the original seller under their policy.
Custom-Made Items
Custom wetsuits and made-to-order products are produced specifically for each customer and are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has started, except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
If a custom item arrives defective or does not match the approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Sizing & Fit Guidance
We recommend trying on wetsuits and apparel carefully:

Avoid creasing, overstretching, or exposing neoprene to sharp objects or nails during try-on.

Wetsuits must be returned in new condition. Items showing signs of wear, stretching, creasing, stains, odors, or damage (including fingernail cuts or wax marks) may still be accepted at our discretion, but the refund amount will be reduced to reflect the diminished value. In such cases, the level of damage will be assessed by our team and the refund adjusted accordingly.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Item
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Form.
After review, if we confirm a defect or fulfillment error, we will provide one of the following remedies at our discretion: replacement, store credit, or refund. Verified cases will receive a prepaid return label.
Note: Visible transit damage should be reported to the carrier promptly. We may require return of the item for inspection before issuing a remedy.
